Pixie, Frames, and Share provide students with multimedia, digital storytelling, art, and imaging tools to share their ideas and demonstrate understanding. The new update integrates the Recipes4Success tutorials and reference guides into the tech4learning.com web site. The materials are also now available in a mobile friendly system.

Recipes4Success provides just-in-time reference files to help students and teachers answer specific how-to questions. Recipes4Success also include step-by-step tutorials to give students and teachers experience using a tool in the context of a curriculum-based project. The references and snacks are provided at three different reading levels to help students and teachers get the most out of their use of Tech4Learning tools.

“Over the past five years we have seen a dramatic shift to the use of mobile phones and tablets by educators who are looking for additional information and support for their professional learning,” shares David Wagner, CEO of Tech4Learning. “The Recipes4Success training materials are now better integrated into our corporate web site, and are mobile-friendly, which means teachers can access information to help them better integrate creative tools into the curriculum if they are relaxing at home or even waiting for an appointment.”

“Education is moving to anytime, anywhere learning for both students and teachers,” explains Melinda Kolk, Director of Professional Learning. “With limited time for professional development, we want to make sure that when teachers have a free moment, they can quickly and easily find both technical and curriculum focused support to more effectively integrate technology.”
