After years of heckling my colleagues to share/post integration ideas and resources I created, Tech4Learning's brass decided it would be easiest to give me my own blog. Oh, the power!!! (Maybe not all five stones, but definitely two or three!) I'll use this blog as a vehicle to share my integration ideas and resources I create as they pertain to Tech4Learning's awesome tools, Wixie as well as the new sweetness,  Wriddle -- a perfect tool for our youngest students to produce not consume with technology. The ideas are not always thought out in great detail, but due to my familiarity with K-8 curriculum and instruction are often right of the top of my head....or noggin. :)

As a huge project-based learning advocate and published author, I will also use this blog to share my Real World of Math activity templates and overviews that are among the 3,000+ templates in Wixie. The RWM activities are creative, multi-page templates that can be used as assessments for various math standards. And they all involve some type of authentic task. 

In addition and likely the bulk of this blog, I will share my favorite tools and features in Wixie and Wriddle and how I foresee them best being utilized with K-8, cross-curriculum learning and assessment.

One of the things I am most excited about with this blog is your ability to leave comments. Feel free to share your thoughts, experiences, or even samples regarding any of the blog topics. It would be sincerely appreciated.
