Tech4Learning has released correlations to the Common Core Standards for K-5 Language Arts and Mathematics for its award-winning elementary software tool Pixie. These correlations will help teachers and administrators deploy Pixie to achieve the student learning goals outlined in the new Common Core Standards.

In an article highlighting how cloud-based computing is moving beyond administration to promoting student collaboration and creativity, Wixie leads the way. The articles highlights projects done at Meiklejohn Elementary School in Arvada, Colorado where the 4th graders design lessons for their Kindergarten buddies.

Tech4Learning releases K12Share.com–a safe, secure service for publishing content created in Share. Students can use K12Share to manage a digital portfolio of classroom work developing essential 21st century skills. Teachers can use K12Share to view student published work as well as present information about their classes to parents and the community.

US DOE Title II, Part A Grant Finds Success with Tech4Learning Professional Development

For the second school year, Baltimore County Public Schools has partnered with Tech4Learning to deliver high-quality professional development for non-public schools within the county as part of a Title II Part A grant. This year’s successful set of trainings focused on strengthening home-school communication.
