Schools and districts participating in Tech4Learning's Cumulative Volume Licensing (CVL) and Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) programs may make purchased software available to faculty and staff to install on personal, home computers. This program is a great way for teachers to learn the software and prepare lessons for students.
Once an organization has purchased licenses for ImageBlender, Frames, Pixie, or Share and received a registration code, users can download the software from our web site, install it on their home computer, and activate it using the organization's registration code. Home users can download the software for any supported platform (Windows or Macintosh). They do not have to run the same platform that is being used by the organization.
The fine print:
The Software may not be loaded on a computer owned by another organization. The total number of Home Use installations may not exceed the number of licenses purchased by the organization. Once an individual is no longer affiliated with the licensing organization, Home Use rights no longer apply and the software must be removed from that individual's personal computer.
Organizations may not post the license, registration, and/or activation code(s) used to install, register, or access the Software in any location that can be accessed by the general public, such as an unsecured web site.
