Using Wixie to help ELL’s build literacy and master content learning

Similar to a web of character traits, the templates are designed for students to easily add what they love and are most thankful for about their parents. They can also use Wixie's paint tools to add original artwork to further show off their unique personalities.

Posted by Melinda Kolk on Dec 7, 2017 1:57:18 PM

Having students create and share greeting cards provides a fun opportunity to talk about the purpose of writing, to practice writing and speaking, and to connect the work students do in the classroom to the world beyond it.
